¶ Remote Control Mappings
¶ Overview
The Remote Control Mapping feature allows partners to remap incoming remote control signals on LG hospitality TVs. This is especially useful when using SCR10 remotes, which reuse signal codes that may conflict with native LG TV functionality.
¶ List of remote control mappings

- SCR10
Other custom RCs that do not have their own mapping likely does not have any conflicting signals and therefore can be used with the Default option.
¶ Default
The default mapping can be used for all LG remote controls and the Hybrid remote. If you are unsure, let it be at Default.
¶ SCR10
SCR10 mapping must be used if the site in question wishes to use SCR10 remote controls.
The SCR10 remote control must be installed using the following GRE streaming system code: 038
Other remarks:
- If you wish to support the INPUT button on the SCR10 remote, then you can not use the builtin external input menu. The "External input menu" must be blank/empty in TV Configuration.
