Orsay‑based Samsung screens are no longer supported by Samsung. Because the platform has reached end of support, any existing TV-platform issues are unlikely to be resolved. In addition, third‑party applications may stop functioning as Samsung no longer manages or guarantees their compatibility on this platform.
